Access is available to all appointed surety agents and brokers. Complete the form here to request access. Once you receive your login credentials, you can log in to our producer portal to access BondClick. If you're interested in becoming an Intact Producer, apply here.

Can I manage my bonds online through Intact BondClick?

Yes, you can manage your existing and in-progress bonds through the BondClick dashboard. You can view documents, adjust renewal settings, and submit changes online.

What are my payment options?

You can pay your agent, mail your payment, use a credit card or pay online via e-check. For payment and accounting questions, please contact our Customer Service Center via email or call at 1-877-624-7775, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

What if I have questions or need help during the application process?

How do I resolve technical issues?

Is a credit report required to obtain a surety bond?

Some bonds might require a credit check to qualify. If credit is pulled, it is a soft pull and will not show up on your credit report as an inquiry. Look for the “Credit Check Required” notice when selecting a bond form to know whether your bond application will require credit information.

Will BondClick connect to the CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management system (CARM)?
